These terms govern your use of FlawlessGleam and the purchase of our products. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or purchasing from FlawlessGleam, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Products
We strive to display our products accurately. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from screen to screen. The FlawlessGleam IPL Hair Removal Laser is intended for personal, at-home use on suitable skin tones (Fitzpatrick I–V) and is not effective on white, grey, or red hair.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. Pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, subject to local law.
Returns
We offer a ninety-day trial. If you are not satisfied, return the device for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is free within the US. Start a return from your order confirmation email.
Warranty
Every FlawlessGleam device includes a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Register within thirty days to extend to three years. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, imagery, branding, and design — is the property of FlawlessGleam and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
User conduct
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We may restrict access for conduct that violates these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlawlessGleam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
